Time for a Change - 6 Month Update

Note: This is a 6 month update on Time for a Change.

It's been six months since I decided something needed to change again, and I have a small progress report.

BLUF: It's going decently.

Since February, I have lost 63 lbs. It is a slower weight loss pace than the last time, but it is more sustainable. I could also be doing a better job of tracking what I'm eating and being more strict about counting calories. More exercise is next on my list of "to-do" items for this journey. The plan will be to start walking Sterling every evening instead of running him while I drive beside him in the truck.
